Firstly we want to make sure members are receiving the newsletters/updates correctly. Ensure you have the email address support@bitbillions.com whitelisted. A simple way of doing this is to add the address to your contacts. We know that there are members that have had these emails go to their spam folders.
We often get asked about certain features that many members are still finding that they did not know about or do not understand how they work. Here are a few things that you may not have known or may be unsure of.
Paid and Bonus Credits – You do not need to purchase different credits for different programs. There is two types of credits, Paid Credits and Bonus Credits. Both types are used in exactly the same way. When you apply a credit to any program it will use the Bonus Credits first then Paid Credits. Some programs you may choose to use multiple credits and it will always use the Bonus Credits first. The only difference between Paid Credits and Bonus Credits is that there is no commissions generated from Bonus Credits, because nothing has been paid for them, and you can share Bonus Credits with other members.- Energy – You will earn Energy for every website and video view you make but you will earn bigger amounts for any direct referral purchases. For older members with multiple accounts the Energy you earn is independent for each account. One thing we have noticed is that if you look at your Energy straight after viewing a website/video, it will not immediately show. As soon as you go to any other part of the site or click any link it will update. So do not think that you are missing some if you try looking straight away. Energy is a bonus that is able to be converted to Bonus Credits. The amount of Energy you require to convert to Bonus Credits can be found by clicking next to Energy where it says Exchange. You can also share Energy with other members by clicking on the Share link.
- Earnings – Earnings are viewed on the Earning page and are consolidated into daily commissions of the same type onto each line. That means if you have multiple earnings received for the day, they are grouped together so that it is easier to view. This greatly reduces the amount of commission lines required. For members with multiple accounts they will see one line for each commission type daily for each account. You can search the ‘All earnings’ table as well so if you want just one of the accounts commissions put that accounts ID in the search box and you will only see its commissions. The graph on the earnings page shows up to the previous day however the unpaid earnings shows realtime totals.
- Credits from Earnings – You can convert earnings to credits. All you have to do is go to the add credits page and select the quantity of credits you want in the dropdown box under the ‘Earnings’ section. The number in the dropdown box will show you how many credits you can choose (up to 200). This allows members to use their earnings to pay for any of the products available on the site.
- Upline Support – If you look on your TEAM tab and select Upline Support, you will see 7 levels of your upline sponsors. These are people that may be able to help you build your business. It is worth getting in touch with them if you need assistance. Not all of them may be helpful but you might just find some that give great information and assistance.
- Advertising – We have found that there are some members that have put Bitbillions ads on Traffic Monster for website views. This makes no sense to us because the only people that are going to see those ads are already members of Bitbillions. We have three advertising programs and they go to three different places as follows:
- Traffic Monster Website and Video Views – These are the tasks that allow people to earn from viewing websites and video. All the views are going to Bitbillion members and they are within the Bitbillions website. It will not benefit you advertising Bitbillions through this source.
- Digital Agency – URLs that are setup on the Digital Agency will receive traffic directly from Facebook, Yahoo and other advertising campaigns. These are fresh people that are most likely not Bitbillion members however the Bitbillions links are part of the promotion so you should advertise a different website.
- $9 Ad Network Ads – These Ads in the form of Text, Banner or Video are displayed on our member publisher websites outside of Bitbillions. There is currently over 2700 ad widgets in the network. Members can get thousands of Ad views per day depending on the type of Ad size. This does not mean you are getting thousands of people to your site, just thousands looking at your Ad. If they click on your Ad they are obviously interested in it. Typically you can expect to get low click through rates. This is typical on line through all mediums. A study found that The average clickthrough rate of display ads across all formats and placements is 0.06% (Source: Display Benchmarks Tool). Although the Publishers are Bitbillions members, their audience may not be. If you want to advertise your Bitbillions link this is where you can.
- Team Builder – The Team builder will advertise your Bitbillions link to fresh people. Once again this is new unique people and results are usually good. It is up to you to support people as they join so they become productive members of your team. These are your own direct referrals so that you can build an increasingly profitable business. To setup a Team Builder Campaign go to the Business Builder Dashboard and click on Create. Each credit you apply gives you 30 days.
- Money Maker – Website and Video views are limited to one completion per day. The sites and videos remaining tells you how many you have left that you can complete for the day. This number can change due to extra tasks being added or tasks running out of credits available during the day. The referring others gives you links that you can share with others to build your team. You earn commissions from referrals completing tasks and purchasing products on the site. Over time as your team builds this can become a great income for you.
What We Are Working On
We have plans to make sales pages for all of the different products we have which will help with promotions greatly. The major new item is the Responsive Websites and SEO Service that will be available to purchase and/or promote. Commissions for this product will be high and residual. We believe that this will be the game changer creating a lot of revenue through 2016 and in turn many members that make the most of it could make life changing commissions from it. It will be very exciting and is coming very soon.
