Pages @ bitbillions will NOT be Pages @ bitbillions much longer! We want to rename our business and website to a more appropriate name that fits our current product and business model. Our site is an AWESOME tool for people to publish original articles that are syndicated to thousands of other websites, search engine optimized, and promoted on many social networks. This is a POWERFUL tool for ANYONE seeking traffic, high quality authority links back to their own websites or sales pages, and to boost awareness of their site, product, services, or other. It is also an AMAZING 100% FREE place to earn money online by simply reading and sharing articles.
The name "bitbillions" does not represent this. The name "Global Bitbillions Group Incorporated" does not represent our business properly. We need to re-name and re-brand so we can grow, grow, grow and make you all a lot more money!
Over the next few weeks we will be taking suggestions from YOU, our members, for names that better represent the business. If you have any great ideas, please send them to admin@bitbillions.com so we can evaluate them. However, please bear in mind that we must be able to purchase the domain name as well, so don't send ideas that are already taken by someone else.
We will also be working to establish a new corporation that will buy out both Global Bitbillions Group Inc. and tagvillage, inc. and merge both companies and websites into one corporation. Our CEO has sent a letter to all shareholders and creditors of both companies describing the buy-out plan and it already has enough voter support by the shareholders to approve the merger. We are taking LAST MINUTE investments from ANYONE who wants to be a shareholder/owner of the new business. Shares are $1 per share and will ONLY BE AVAILABLE until the new company is established and buys out the other two companies. Below is a copy of the letter our CEO sent out to shareholders and creditors of tagvillage, inc. and Global Bitbillions Group, Inc.

Dear Investors and/or Creditors,
Sometimes people just deserve a second chance. Especially when their current way of living obviously supports the fact they have learned and grown through their experiences. Like people, I believe businesses sometimes deserve a second chance.
People are not perfect. They make mistakes. Sometimes they continuously fail to deliver on their intentions. Some quit and give up. But some continue to fight. Some keep getting back up every time they are knocked down. And the few that become champions are the ones that not only keep getting back up, but who learn and improve with each mistake.
I began my journey into the Internet Marketer world in 2009, when I joined an online opportunity called Kooday. It failed miserably. Maybe it was a scam, maybe not. Who knows? But it never really had a chance at success. Like 99% of online “biz opps”.
In 2009 I had no clue Kooday had no chance for success. Like most people, I gullibly jumped in, invested money, and followed the instructions as given on the site. Fortunately for me, I saw the writing on the wall early and got out ahead. Most did not.
Shortly after exiting Kooday, I thought it would be simple to do what they had promised they were going to do. And, because I had 20 years of experience developing websites and other software projects, I thought it could easily be done much bigger and better. I wish I would have known how wrong I was.
Thinking it would be easy to build a search engine, ad network, and social media property, I led the charge as a handful of us funded and launched tagvillage. I hired a team of the best programmers I had worked with the prior 20 years. And we started developing the site.
Three years later, I had learned a lot. I learned that building a search engine is a massive project way beyond the scope of our ability or funding. I learned that building a social network was way beyond the scope of our ability or funding. I also learned that building an ad network was way beyond the scope of our ability or funding.
I learned that a team of Eastern European programmers who are used to developing laid out software projects with defined scope, requirements, and purpose are NOT free thinking entrepreneurs who can just “come up with” ideas and implement them.
The single biggest mistake I made from 2009 through 2015 was to depend on external software developers to create and build a brand-new, unproven concept, without understanding myself the language, construct, and technical aspects of the software. By 2015 I had led two companies down the path of investing hundreds of thousands of dollars into programming software development, only to have two failing, incomplete products.
In early 2015, due to financial and managerial reasons, we terminated all programmers. I began the complex and time-consuming task of “going back to school”. I have since extensively expanded my skills and knowledge of online software development. I am now fully capable of building the products we want to build. And, I have rebuilt the code for tagvillage and bitbillions 100% from scratch. I know every single line of code. There is not a single aspect of either project I cannot fully understand, explain, and improve upon.
This is critical to our success moving forward.
You see, I am an entrepreneur and salesman by nature. I can lead and promote and sell things very well. I can market and grow profits for a business like second nature. But my hands were tied for 6 years trying to market and grow a promise of a product that would never be.
Now, I am a double edged tool for our business. I am not only a marketing weapon, but also a development weapon.
We have important and valuable assets as an organization that we did not have in 2009, or in 2014. We have experience, knowledge, and a WORKING product. We have COMPLETED code. We have a CEO who knows the technical software side of things fully. We have a CEO and CMO with 7 years of experience. And, we have over 200,000 people to reach out to with a new message.
And that is what I want to discuss.
You are either an investor in tagvillage and/or Global Bitbillions Group, or a member. You have put time and money into these projects. It is in your own best interest that they succeed. With their success, you will reap financial benefits and have pride knowing you contributed to something successful.
I have never laid down or given up. I have continued to fight for these businesses through thick and thin. And, I am still here, working every single day to improve my skills and knowledge. I am learning with every single mistake made. I am giving everything I have to the success of these businesses. To your success.
I want you to join me. I want you to team up and work with me to get these businesses past their past. The only thing that can come out of us working together is good. We can deliver a product to the market that does what it says it will do. We can get a profit on our investments. We can have pride knowing we built something successful.
Now that the technical side of the business is fully resolved, I am shifting gears to the marketing and sales aspects. I have fully developed 100% of the code for bitbillions AND tagvillage. I can say they are 100% complete, working, and will work.
HOWEVER…
Marketing and selling our product is a whole different animal. There are failures and “bad blood” in both projects. I fully understand why, how, and what about this fact. But I believe this can be overcome by a product that delivers value to its customers and WORKS.
We have that.
But we don’t have a great image.
So, let’s change that.
I would like to propose that we team up, let bygones be bygones, throw away the past, and start new. I propose a fresh start and a brand-new day.
Why don’t we create a fresh new company, with a fresh new name and image?
Why don’t we all come together as a team and work for the success of something great? Something that HAS a working product and HAS success from the get-go.
As I said earlier, I have rebuilt the code for both tagvillage AND bitbillions from scratch. I know how they work. But, since they both came from me, they have very similar and complimentary aspects.
Bitbillions is designed to be a content network. Think of it like a giant blog. Similar to Yahoo or other article aggregators. It is working. The SEO capabilities and ad delivery aspects of it are impressive. I can show you real data and real numbers to support that bitbillions is now a product with a lot of potential.
Tagvillage is designed to be a content organizer and traffic engine. It has features and aspects that we never dreamed about in 2009. Mostly because I have drawn upon what I have learned the past several years building bitbillions.
These two sites will work together to generate MASSIVE revenues and profits. Teaming them up would have powerful results and draw huge numbers of visitors, members, and customers.
I actually really love the name tagvillage for what we will do on that side of the business. It fully describes what the site will do, when you see what I have built. However, the name bitbillions is horrible. And the name Global Bitbillions Group is worse. They have absolutely nothing to do with the website, software, or services provided.
I would like us to come together and form a single media company. Something with a good name and good branding. This new company will buy out the other two companies through stock. So, investors of tagvillage will get stock in the new company in exchange for their stock in tagvillage. Investors of GBGI will get stock in the new company in exchange for their stock in GBGI. And the new company will launch and operate BOTH websites.
We will have tagvillage.com and a brand-new.com which will replace bitbillions.com completely. We will close bitbillions.com and route all its traffic to the new website. We will then close tagvillage, inc. and GBGI, Inc.
I have spent the past 18 months completely finishing the code for both projects. They are complete now. They are ready to go. We can finally market and deliver a WORKING product. But we need to brand this right.
I think if we take the time to come up with a very good name for what bitbillions is, we can really have something marketable and filled with profit potential. If we take the time to design the websites and marketing materials with top quality, a very good name, and tie them to a WORKING product, we cannot help but succeed.
I propose we offer shares of the new company to any people to whom tagvillage or bitbillions owed money (other than website Credits). We will give them a take it or leave it offer. All member Credits from either site will transfer to the new platforms.
I propose the following steps moving forward:
- Convert shares of tagvillage to the new company at a rate as if investors paid $1 per share for their tagvillage stock.
- Convert shares of bitbillions to the new company at a rate as if investors paid $1 per share for their GBGI stock.
- Source name ideas from investors and members.
- Have a general vote among members and investors on the bitbillions site by November 1st.
- Purchase domain name and establish legal entity for the new company.
- Redesign websites to match the new brand.
- Get all legal documentation in place to buy out both tagvillage and bitbillions and close those respective businesses.
- Launch tagvillage.com and the new website that will replace bitbillions.com.
- Be happy! :-)
I am 100% confident we can accomplish everything on this list by the end of 2016. This means that we will have 2 fully working websites, with full complete software. We will have profitable operations. We will be moving FORWARD and have fresh legs to run with.
We need to raise a bit of capital for this conversion. First, we need funds for the legal work. We also need funds to purchase any premium domains or other assets needed to rebrand appropriately. And, we need funds for professional marketing materials. We want to do this top-notch so we have the best chances for success!
I propose we allow anyone who wants to invest $100 or more into tagvillage or GBGI at a rate of $1 per share up until the point of establishing the new company and buying out the existing ones. So, for example, if you invest $500 into either tagvillage or GBGI between October 1st 2016 and the date we convert to the new company, you will receive 500 shares of the new company. All existing shares will be converted at a rate as if the original purchase was $1 per share.
I understand there may be some objection by GBGI shareholders to this. Some of you feel GBGI is worth much more than tagvillage since it is operational and loaded with growing traffic and ad revenue. However, I would counter with my opinion that GBGI would not exist at all if it weren’t for tagvillage. I believe much of the experience, knowledge, and current skills possessed by myself and other key people were gained because of tagvillage. So, I think tagvillage has made an investment, although unquantifiable, into GBGI and the investors of tagvillage deserve respective treatment. After all, they have patiently waited with nothing while GBGI was developed.
What I need from you…
I fully intend to complete everything in this letter before the end of 2016. I want us to be in the position to run forward into massive growth and profits no later than January 1, 2017.
